Give me my robe, put on my crown
From the BBC's "Day in Pictures" segment, Aug. 29, 2008:
The Brother Leader, the Guide of the Revolution, Muammar al-Qadhafi, is crowned "King of Kings" in a meeting of African royals convened in the Libyan city of Benghazi.

Gross!
As memory serves, Gaddahfi deposed a king and that title is already taken...

Being King is big fun ofcourse and Africans just seem to enjoy a crowning from time to time. This guy lives somewhere in the Netherlands but have been crowned King Nana Karel Osája the Second of a small village in Ghana. He went there as a volunteer and this way the villagers said "thank you". Another guy is called "Togbe Korsi Ferdinand Gakpetor II" and he is also chief in a small Ghanese village. There must be much, much more of these completely symbolic Kings. And frankly, this is the only way I like them!
Such arrogance...
Such Ignorance
